Edmond, OK – Child & Man Attacked by Dog On Manner Park AvenueOklahoma Accident News on August 7, 2019
Edmond, OK (August 7, 2019) – On August 6th, police and emergency crews responded to an incident in the 400 block of Manner Park Avenue in Edmond.
According to reports, a man and his 2-year-old son were in the area when they were attacked by a pit bull near Coltrane Road and Second Street.
A bystander saw the attack occur and ran over and rescued the little boy from the dog.
The 2-year-old boy sustained serious injuries in the incident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The father of the child was injured in the incident and provided medical treatment at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
