Mayes County, OK – Passenger Killed In Crash On South 437 RoadCar Accidents in Oklahoma on April 30, 2019
Mayes County, OK (April 30, 2019) – Around 1:00 a.m. on April 27th, Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a collision on South 437 Road, near Pryor.
According to OHP investigations, an 18-year-old female was traveling south along the roadway in a 2008 Pontiac G6. The driver overcorrected the turn, which caused the vehicle to go off the roadway and crash into a tree.
The 18-year-old female and her passenger, 19-year-old Joshua Curtis, were both rushed to nearby hospitals for injuries sustained in the collision. Authorities later reported that Curtis succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
