Rogers County, OK (June 18, 2019) – On Monday, June 17th, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Will Rogers Turnpike near Claremore.
According to reports, a trooper from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol was working on an accident, just one mile prior to the exit for Claremore, when the trooper’s car was struck by another vehicle.
The trooper was uninjured in the collision. The woman in the second vehicle sustained injuries and was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
