Tulsa, OK – Process Server Injured On East 102nd StreetOklahoma Accident News on July 26, 2019
Tulsa, OK (July 26, 2019) – On Thursday, July 25th, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of an incident near East 102nd Street and Memorial around 9:00 p.m.
According to reports, a male process server was serving a search warrant on a home in the area. As the man walked away from the home, he was shot in the back by Christopher Barnett.
The process server was injured and transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
Police have since arrested and charged Barnett for shooting with the intent to kill.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
