Our Lawyers Care About Our Injury Clients
At McIntyre Law, we realize that when a client walks through our doors they or a loved one has likely suffered serious or catastrophic injuries as a result of the negligence of another. We routinely handle cases involving dangerous products, car accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, dog bites, slip and fall accidents or medical malpractice.
Our focus is not only on combating insurance companies but caring for the needs of our clients. We recognize that the majority of people we represent have never hired an attorney before and are unfamiliar with the legal process. We are here to help guide you through this process in an aggressive yet compassionate way.
We believe that when you hire a personal injury attorney to handle your case, you should be able to deal with your lawyer directly rather than with paralegals and office staff. Our lawyers are committed to being available to talk with our clients when they call. If we cannot take your call, then our goal is to return your call quickly – usually the same day.
Success for our Clients
The attorneys at McIntyre Law have represented thousands of clients throughout the United States in a variety of matters, but primarily in general personal injury, motor vehicle collisions, tractor-trailer collisions, dog bites, medical malpractice and a multitude of other cases where someone’s negligence has harmed our clients.
We have been at the forefront of pharmaceutical litigation and defective drug lawsuits, representing thousands of clients injured as a result of the Fen Phen diet drug combination, Ortho Evra birth control pills and Paxil birth defects. Our success comes from a firm commitment to our clients and battling insurance companies’ intent on denying liability.
