Canton, OK – Bobbie Charles Koen Injured In OK-51 CrashCar Accidents in Oklahoma on July 18, 2019
Canton, OK (July 18, 2019) – At approximately 11:00 a.m., 92-year-old Bobbie Charles Koen was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of County Road N2470 and OK-51 in a 1996 Ford Econoline van.
After a brief wait, Koen pulled out onto OK-51. After entering into the roadway, Mr. Koen’s van was struck by a 2006 Peterbilt semi-truck, which was driven by 52-year-old Alfred Scott Tuggle.
Koen was admitted to Okeene Hospital for head injuries. Tuggle was treated at Okeene Hospital for minor injuries and released.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
