Hit-and-Run Crashes in Oklahoma City
In the State of Oklahoma, you are required to remain at the scene of an accident. Failure to do so can result in serious injuries on part of the victim, who may not be able to receive necessary medical care following a crash.
More than 65% of all victims of hit-and-runs are pedestrians or cyclists, who are already vulnerable when involved in a crash with a larger motor vehicle. In some cases, the victims or their surviving families can contact an experienced Oklahoma hit-and-run attorney in order to bring the driver to justice.
