Sapulpa, OK – Marshall Douglass Killed In Route 66 CrashTruck Accidents in Oklahoma on July 19, 2019
Sapulpa, OK (July 19, 2019) – On Wednesday, July 17th, Sapulpa Police and emergency crews reported to a motor vehicle collision on Route 66.
According to reports, 31-year-old Marshall Douglass was traveling along Route 66 in an SUV when his vehicle collided with a FedEx semi-truck head-on near where the highway passes over Interstate 44.
The impact of the collision resulted in fatal injuries for Douglass, who was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
The FedEx truck was forced off the roadway, where it ended up hanging off the Turnpike for several hours.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
