Spiro, OK – One Killed, One Injured In Crash On Highway 271Car Accidents in Oklahoma on May 7, 2019
Spiro, OK (May 7, 2019) – On Monday, May 6th, Spiro Police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a collision on Highway 271/East Broadway.
According to Spiro Police chief Michael Draper, an SUV and car were involved in a T-Bone collision in front of the Lakeview Baptist Church.
One person involved in the collision was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment to injuries sustained in the crash. Chief Draper also confirmed that one of the two drivers involved were killed in the collision.
The highway remained shut down for over an hour while personnel worked to clear the incident.
