Oklahoma Accident News on August 16, 2019

Tulsa, OK (August 16, 2019) – On August 15th, Bartlesville Police Department issued a statement regarding an incident that occurred Tuesday at the Rainbow Kiddie Academy located on Creek Avenue.

Reports from the police state that a toddler at the daycare facility was in the care of Ashley Estes when she saw the child bite another child at the facility. Rather than taking appropriate actions, Estes picked up the child and bit it back on the arm.

The mother of the child, who also works at the facility, called police immediately after discovering the incident.

Estes was arrested and charged with child abuse.

At this time, we are unsure of the extent of injuries inflicted upon the child.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the child and their family.
