Tulsa, OK – One Dead & One Injured In Shooting On S Memorial Drive

Oklahoma Accident News on June 18, 2019

Tulsa, OK (June 18, 2019) – On June 14th, police responded to the scene of an incident at the Fantasia Hookah Lounge located at 4401 S Memorial Drive.

According to reports, a fight broke out in the parking lot outside of the Hookah Lounge during the evening hours. Security guards noticed the fight and attempted to break up the group.

As security intervened, individuals involved in the fight pulled out guns and began to shoot. One of the security guards, who was identified as Mohamad Elkour, was shot in the upper torso. Elkour was transported to St. Francis hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Another victim involved in the fight sustained a gunshot wound and was treated in an area hospital.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
