Ardmore, OK – Update – Legate Rd Crash Victims Passes Away From Injuries

Ardmore, OK (July 24, 2019) – On July 23rd, around noon, emergency crews reported to the scene of a motor vehicle collision on Legate Road, just off the Scenic Route 77 near Lake Murray.

Reports from the scene indicate that 62-year-old Jennifer Ferdon was delivering mail in the area, in a Jeep, when her vehicle collided with a Love County road grader.

Ferdon was unresponsive at the scene when crews arrived. Ferdon was airlifted to an area hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
