El Reno, OK (July 15, 2019) – On Sunday, July 14th, emergency crews responded to the scene of a workplace accident at Canyon Oilfield Services in El Reno.
Reports show that approximately 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, a man was using a welding torch when a flash explosion occurred. The man sustained fatal injuries in the incident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities later identified the male as Travis Farley.
The incident remains under investigation at this time.
