Leflore County, OK (July 29, 2019) – On July 27th, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 259.
According to reports, a motorcyclist was traveling along the roadway. As the driver approached a curve, he missed the turn and crashed. The motorcycle overturned, causing serious injuries to the 31-year-old female passenger on the bike.
The injured woman was flown to a hospital in Tulsa for medical treatment.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
