Lincoln County, OK (July 10, 2019) – Oklahoma Highway Patrol has reported that a crash near Wellston in Lincoln County has ended in one being killed and two others injured. The crash happened on East 970 Road around 5:15 p.m.
30-year-old Jamie M. Harney was killed in the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding paramedics.
Harney was driving a 1991 Chevrolet Camaro with two other passengers. One was a 34-year-old man who was admitted to the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City, according to OHP. The other passenger was a 35-year-old man who refused treatment at the scene of the crash.
The other driver, a 20-year-old man from Wellston, was also taken to the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in critical condition.
No other information was immediately available on the crash. The accident is currently under investigation.
