Oklahoma City, OK (August 25, 2019) – Emergency medical personnel accompanied police officials at the scene of a collision on Friday morning, August 23rd, in Oklahoma City. The crash, which resulted in injuries, took place along Interstate 44/Turner Turnpike, just east of mile marker 200.
According to authorities, the accident happened at around 10:45 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the interstate for unverified reasons. Police have not reported on exactly how many vehicles were involved in the crash. Injuries were suffered as a result of the impact and medical crews worked hard at the scene to assist all those involved.
The seriousness of the injuries that were sustained was not been reported. Investigators are working to determine the events that led to this incident.
